Delmon Roy Talbot - Chairman

Del Talbot is the grandson of the late Roy Talbot who played the "Bermudavarius" bass for the Talbot Brothers. A graduate of Boston University, he has worked with his cousin Clement Talbot, founder of the Ross "Blackie" Talbot Foundation [RBTF], on the Talbot Brother Book project which generated more than $100,000 in sales [funds from which going to the RBTF]. He has undertaken to take on the commitment to follow in the footsteps of Clem to ensure that music making and the performing arts are available to all Bermudians and that Bermuda schools maintain a comprehensive music instruction program.

Michael Bishop - Deputy Chairman

Mike Bishop, apart from being an accomplished drummer, is an icon in the field of radio and television broadcasting. He was Station Manager for VSB Radio & Television and has produced countless radio and tv shows in Bermuda. In 2008 his company, Mike Bishop Productions [MBP] was hired to produce the documentary DVD about the legendary Talbot Brothers. Mike is also one of the best magicians around as well as being quite proficient as a stage hypnotist. Mike is a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians, is past local president of his local magic assembly of The Society of American Magicians and is magic consultant to Bermuda Magic, the producers of Bermuda’s yearly magic extravaganza.

Michael Hind - Secretary

Mike Hind, one of Bermuda’s premier entertainers, is a keen advocate of free music education especially in our public schools. He has spent the last decade and a half writing and composing his own music as well as being the lead organizer of the very successful Jam Nights with his band The Limestones. The Ukulele is his instrument of choice and one can usually find him at the Dock at Waterlot Inn and other venues such as 1609 (Fairmont Hamilton Princess) and Tucker’s Point. He is an absolute asset to the Foundation with is vast experience and knowledge of the music industry.

Gary Perry - Treasurer

Gary Perry is currently Managing Director of Management Services Bermuda [MSB] Ltd. He graduated from Boston University in 1985 with a degree in Business Management and has spent the time since honing his skills in the business field. Gary brings his expertise in finance and business management to the charity as a necessary element of a solid administration.
